Cousino Macul Cabernet Sauvignon 2011
With an intense and clear deep ruby red color, this wine presents a marked bouquet of ripe berries and plums with herbaceous and slightly spicy notes. It is fresh to the palate, with good acidity and firm velvety tannins confirming all the previous fruitiness. Due to its varietal characteristics, it is an ideal wine to accompany all types of fatty or medium spiced meats, such as beef or pork ribs in simple preparations, as well as cold cuts and medium-high flavored preparations.
