Bodegas Sur de los Andes Cabernet Sauvignon 2010
All grapes are carefully selected from a small number of producers in the two prime zones of Mendoza: Luján de Cuyo and Uco Valley. These vineyards range from 10 to 60 years of age and are carefully managed to yield less than 9,000 pounds per acre. These two regions have the oldest and highest quality vineyards, with elevation rising at 3.500 feet at the foothills of the Andes. These elevations guarantee long, bright, warm days followed by cool nights.
