Château d'Arsac Margaux 2010
Wine SpectatorThis is ripe, lush and caressing, with dense plum, cassis and blackberry fruit flavors seamlessly melded and carried by velvety tannins, while dark anise, tobacco and black tea fill in the finish. Has the stuffing of the vintage but stays elegant and refined. Best from 2014 through 2022. 20,900 cases made.
Wine AdvocateDense purple, it offers up notes of black olive tapenade intermixed with cassis, licorice, and some incense. Fleshy, with loads of fruit, it has an expansive, broad mouthfeel and drinkability already, but it will also keep for up to a decade.
