Biokult Gruner Veltliner 2023

An unusual floral note of honeysuckle hovers on the nose alongside mossy greenness. The palate is fresh but ripe, adding a salty vein to the juicy but light body. The finish is vivid and clean. Pairs well with Asian fare, sashimi, sushi, spiced Thai dishes, grilled shrimp, crustaceans, and oysters on the half shell, as well as a myriad of white meats, egg dishes, and light cheeses.
