Bright cherry color with purple rim. Fresh, where black and red berries blend together with spicy, slight toasted notes and cocoa from the barrel ageing. Very smooth and silky feel, balanced and soft tannins. Pairs well with roasted lamb, Italian food (pizza, spaguetti bolognese, lasagna), paella, meat stews, semi-aged cheeses.

Some sweet spices and subtle coffee aromas on top of the rich cherry and blackberry fruit. Structured and chalky, with a medium to full body and a fresh, medium finish. Good fruit with sharp, vibrating tannins. A structured and balanced Ribera del Duero. Tempranillo. From organically grown grapes. Drinkable now, but better in one more year.
