Caramelized grapefruit, dark cocoa, butterscotch, clove and Jamaican allspice evolve into sandalwood, brine, overripe pineapple and candied banana. Deep molasses characteristic with apricot and plums in the background. Big, expressive and unctuous-with subtle drying characteristics -black tea, and citrus peel notes lingering. Rich molasses and baking spice round back out to tropical fruits and dried berry notes, finishing dry and lengthy with subtle tannins.
